FOLLICULAR STUDY

Serial ultrasound scans are done to check the growth of follicles so that egg release is confirmed and the couple can be sure about their fertile days.

3D ULTRASOUND

Three-dimensional ultrasound helps us assess the shape of the womb to look for any abnormalities like septum or polyp or double uterus.

SALINE INFUSION SALPINGOGRAPHY

It is a test done to check if the tubes are patent or blocked. It is less painful than HSG as we use soft tube instead of a metallic one. It is done by the doctor herself and not technician.

INTRAUTERINE INSEMINATION (IUI)

Process of depositing washed sperm concentrate directly into the womb to increase the fertility chances.

IN VITRO FERTILIZATION (IVF)

Process of removal of eggs from a lady and mixing with sperms to form babies (embryos) that are grown in the lab and finally transferred to the lady’s womb to achieve pregnancy. It involves taking injections from Day2/3 of periods for 10-12 days. Once the follicles(egg-containing bags) attain desired size on ultrasound, an injection is given to mature the eggs. The day and time of egg pickup is planned. Under anesthesia, ultrasound scan guided egg pickup is done. The mature eggs are then mixed with sperms and cultured in incubator to form embryos.

INTRACYTOPLASMIC SPERM INJECTION(ICSI)

Injection of a selected good sperm into the egg using high precision with advanced equipment to increase the chances of their union and result in good embryo formation.

DONOR EGGS/DONOR SPERM/DONOR EMBRYO

Couples opting for third party reproduction can avail services of donor egg or donor sperm or donor embryo obtained from standard ART banks.

SURROGACY

Couples can avail services of surrogacy strictly as per ART guidelines, Government of India.

PRE IMPLANTATION GENETIC TESTING

Pre implantation genetic testing is done to check for any genetic problems in the embryos before transferring them into the womb. It is indicated for couples who have had previous affected children or abortions due to abnormal fetuses, recurrent ivf failures or advanced age of the mother.

SEMEN FREEZING

Process of freezing sperms and storing them for future use, especially for men travelling abroad or undergoing cancer treatment.

EMBRYO FREEZING

Process of storing babies(embryos) at low temperatures when they are obtained in excess or cannot be transferred back into the womb immediately due to various reasons.

OOCYTE FREEZING

Oocyte or egg freezing is ideal for currently single women (divorced or separated) who do not wish to lose out an opportunity for fertility in future. It is also suitable for women undergoing cancer treatment who may lose their eggs as a result of side effects of cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

HYSTEROSCOPY

Hysteroscopy is the process of looking inside the womb of a lady using special equipment to know more details about the lining of the womb, internal tubal openings and remove any abnormal growths like polyps or septae

LAPAROSCOPY

Laparoscopy is the process of looking inside the abdomen to check for normal appearance of uterus, patency of tubes and to do additional procedures like ovarian drilling for PCOS, removal of fibroids, ovarian cysts, etc.

ANDROLOGY

Male infertility evaluation, Semen Analysis by experienced embryologist, Scrotal Scans and Doppler study services area available.

SURGICAL SPERM RETRIEVAL

Percutaneous Epididymal Sperm Aspiration(PESA), Testicular Sperm Aspiration(TESA), Testicular Sperm Extraction(TESE), microTESE services are available that help in taking sperms from men whose semen analysis show no sperms. Such surgically removed sperms are used to form babies(embryos) using IVF-ICSI.
